Someone could helpme to connect it with usbjtagnt.

I try to connect it using a standar spi schematic

Connected using a standar SPI 8 pin.
Now how to read all memory , or how to create a xml.

Why you need xml to read and program? Use SB6120 should allow you to read and program 8M flash.
If you want you can use tool->new xml and create the template then edit with notepad.

Setup teamviewer so I can show you how easy it so create xml.

If you have backup you can use SPI to program the flash. Should not be too hard.

So looks like SPI is actually 25Q128FVSIG...
please help as I cannot get it to detect.
