You may need to add a new spi flash profile to spiflash.xml

This means the connection is not right yet. (ISP is not working for you).

How long is your wire to the target? You should keep them as short as possible or use slower clock (6M or 3M).
You have the most setup right.

SB6120 is 8Mb Flash and these are both 16Mb Flash. You should try instead to read as a DCP3000 which is also a 16Mb Flash. Or you can go in config settings, under Category, chose "Develop", Under Protocol "SPIFLASH" and Under Target, "25128", that will also read the full 16Mb and from that if the compare is Good, a proper XML can be created for that Target.

If you need help, I may be able thru Teamviewer to help you and can show you how to create XML also.
