Sb6121 JtagNT Questions

I have successfully read chip and detected it and have been testing after reading through all endless pages of information. Thanks to all.

I have a few questions if someone experienced can help me out.
First I have a SB6121 Virgin certs etc that a bud bought premodded. So he brought it to me I hooked it up I detect flash
Found Address= 00000000 SFDP MX25L6405D
and can program it.
Problem is modem keeps booting in some kind of failed safe mode.
Power ON
ONLINE Light Blinking send/recieve never come on.
I can't connect to modem via webgui
I can't telnet into it either
I've flashed forceware on UBF1 and UBF2 and it still has same results.
I have even bricked modem a few times and then just reflashed it with the backup I made. But modem has that boot problem.
I'm asssuming its like a BOOTLOADER problem I haven't mtested modems in about 4 years. So I'm not exactly sure what U-BooT and ENV1 and ENV2 are.
Any info would be a big thanks..

Do you program original backup or you program something from another modem?

I programmed the (original) backup but its not a virgin backup. Because when I recieved the modem it was already modded with forceware 1 time. Just got bricked i think because it got stuck trying to connect online and couldn't .

Anyone having this problem..
To fix it shorten the length of the wires you have or change the write speed to the slowest speed. Its a connection issue
