Netgear CG3100D donation received.
Two separate package with TWO CF3100D had been received today.

OK Hardware is almost identical to SBG6850.
The ISP pin is to ground pin1 of U110. You can use pin4 of USB JTAG NT to connect pin1 of U110. So if you remove the JTAG NT it works as normal.
It has 8M of flash and here is the xml to support this device.
