to program sigmaX2 142 with usbjtag, i you dident know, got gen location of cert from bbb's post.
detect
ldram image0 --select firmware
ldram image1 --select firmware
ldram boot --select bootloader
program image0
program image1
program boot

go to sigma page and get key, then get certificate

detect
ldram 9fd50000 -select certificate
program 9fd50000 5c

done.

I like allot better, and it fixes the memory crash problem.

This page is for SIGMA-X2 Build 142.
This firmware is not freeware, you must have a valid license in your account to use it.

Sorry for the delay, but we needed to test and develop the new features using our rack-mount CMTS server. Also, we took out the BPI features for the time being. I will develop more on that in Build 143+.

Features:
* Built on SIGMA-X2 Build 140 RC3.
* Improved performance (core has an additional 50K of stack space)
* Added Advanced page to SIGMA HTTPD.
* Added TFTP Enforce Hack (see below)
* Added ability to change the firmware name reported (all protocols, including SNMP)
* Added ability to change the SNMP listen port (trap port also changes to that port plus 1)
* Added ability to download the current provisioned config file from the Advanced page.
* NEW FEATURE: Added AUTO BOOT! (see below)

Tftp Enfore Hack:
TFTP enfore feature in the CISCO CMTS prevents a modem from coming online when it does not download the specified config in its service tier. This firmware will now always download the provisioned config file specified in DHCP, then it will download the alternate config from TFTP again and register using that config file.

Auto Boot:
This feature allows you to upload a config file into the Flash of the modem and then if the Auto Boot feature is enabled, the modem will use that config file when registering. This allows you to use config files without a TFTP server. A good use for this feature is to capture a "good" config using a specified MAC address, and then upload the config to the modem and use that with a low-profile MAC address. This also lets you get around ISPs that use random config file names.
