Need help bad command when firmware testing

Need help bad command when firmware testing

My other laptop is down right now, so i transferred the program to my new laptop. I am able to restore my boxes but when it comes to firmware testing i cant get that pop up window reconfigure my uid or upgrade block. Need help please this is what i see- Thanks

"firm" is not a built in command. Instead it is the command from the testing dll. So
check if you have the DLL load properly. You might need latest software to load latest dll.

thanks i will check and see if the dll file is loaded properly but if not which folder should it be inside of?

C:\program files\.... usbjtag\dll.
You need latest software. 0.47 is too old.

thanks its back normal but i cant manually enter in my own uid no more for an option. What could that be?

I has changed long ago. Try to go to diag screen and use your remote to change it.
