Does anyone know how to run diagnostics on the u-Link NT?

Does anyone know how to run diagnostics on the u-Link NT to see if it is working? I was told to use the "hwdiag target" but I don't know where I'm supposed to do this.

Think I found it.

Config>Other>HWDIAG>HardwareDiag

Typed in "detect"

It returned: Data 55 55 Some pins are bad

Check your connections. You need to connect pin 4-6,8-10,3-5,7-9 then detect.

Good to know. Never make connections when USB is plugged in or target has power. Then your u-link NT will last long time.
