Hey, that's cool - YOU go and take up with the fool and see how far ya get down this dirt road. I ain't Polish, makes no nevermind by me. I'm on time and, if you're waitin' on me to get angry, ain't gonna happen. I'd be willing to bet and give odds that this shit will get mopped up by the Moderator here. I got my stopwatch on it. Over and out.

I'm laffing my Jock off. I noticed that it was slower than 83% of the consumer public. That easily beat when I had my Realtek WLAN module running last year. I was piggybacking off of a Verizon customer about a half a block away and speeding outta control around 850 Kbps. The iGoogle Page would take a little longer than 90 secs. to materialize in full. The best comedy I've seen since David Letterman used to throw Pies at high speed Fans. Now, that WAS funny.

I find that using http://WWW.speed test.net works amazingly well for most, and also provides ping as well as very accurate speeds. I personally use speedtest.comcast.net for all my tests, I generally get around 200MBps download and 25-30MBps upload, slightly faster when it uses IPV6 protocol instead of IPV4. My ping is always between 8-12 when testing my speed, when downloading multiple torrents if the seed count is high I get maxed out at 35MBps download. If you need to compare to real time downloads, I can download a full 2.5 hour HD movie that is 3.5GB in less than 7 minutes, lots of other factors also come in to play when downloading such as your HDD type, how fast its read/write time is, fortunately for me I use SSD's.

Also having a dual gigabit network doesn't hurt, as well as using my 2 modems in parallel to balance my loads and maximize the download efficiency. Also, having both modems that put business class modems to shame is the icing on the proverbial cake lol.

But seriously, stick to speedtest.net for your tests, and use the recommended server to test.

Best regards bud

Did these modems were on different ISP providers or the same provider?
Using same provider beats the purpose of using two modems, unless they are on different frequencies or using new multi bonded modems ???
And what router u r using in this setup ????

Same question?
If you would be so kind to give details!

I tried bonding years back without satisfactory results.
All test are missing from my gray matter.
(No notes!)(hate getting old)

I did my own DD and found newer software that will do Loadbalancing/Briding.
Kinda works, still messing with it.
I have 4 Blast modems.

Using one modem, about 60Mbps
Using two modems (2)
