Open OCD software

I have been on the hunt for a device which would allow me to perform a glitch attack on RH850 based mcu. Its of course has security, the rabbit hole I went down led me to an article about a glitch attack for somthing else but that then led me to the OCD software , I discovered some hardware which is might be compatible and it usbjtag but the link was different and broken. I was curious to know if it was the same tool in question?
