This device has NAND flash and Atheros chip. It now supported by OpenWrt.
I will try to write routines to program this device.

I hope you get it working!

Currently the device can only be flashed using serial and may require shorting pins or resetting a certain way, usbjtag support should make this obsolete and maybe even be able to recover some MR18's that have been bricked using these methods

Thanks to Lion and chune for lending the devices

I made some progress.
During testing MR18, I have found some bugs in software, I will release 0.78 soon.
0.78 also make create target XML more friendly. (definition memory). There is also one bug found in the dll to access USB (Windows) when using Cypress USB driver. Sometime need extra unplug USB when restart the application.

As of NAND read, I will make DLL so the ECC will be calculated. This is possible because we have the kernel source code for MR18.

I think it is possible to directly program the openwrt on the router with JTAG and it could be much faster. Debrick the router is a piece of cake.
