How Do I write Xell to get CPU Key

I'm looking to write Xell to the nand. Nandpro writes it just to the first few blocks of the nand and the rest of the nand goes untouched from my understanding . Need to get cpu key so I can prepare a freeboot image. Ive already bricked and had to debrickwhen just trying to ldram xell.bin then writting it so I'm lost and no further then I was when I started lol ??!?!? thanks!
