What you flash to your Modem is YOUR BIZ, As for being able to Via the USBJTAG NT, YES You should be able to. Check your connections....

For the first time I suggest you use the soldering method so the connection is for sure right.
The clip is for mass programming. You must make sure it has the same ISP pin as SB6120. If ISP is not connected right then you will not have flash detected.
Also you need to power on the modem. (I assume you know that).

For ISP Pin, I don't know, But thats Not a Major Issue, For me anyways. As for Flash its the same connections as Sb6120

In some cases it it necesary to Solder, If your not good at it you will either have to practice or stay away from certain targets. In SPI related targets 100% of the time, Soldering is envolved.

but the Clip is suitable for the usbjtagNT,3 conections and 2 connections and the R362 separately.first i solder good and the Modem was alive but also no connection after i solder 3 times i killed the modem..i think some programmer software/setup dont work with the sbv6120E.

You may have killed the modem by shorting some pins on the flash, Carefull inspection should be done to avoid this as the pins are very close together. There might even be a good chance the Modem is not Dead after all.
