Is the usbjtagnt ver .37 work with win7 64bit?
If is work where i can find the driver for it.

Yes it does work with Win7 X64 , once you have installed the software , and then connect NT it should auto detect the driver and install it. .

You should install the 64 bit driver found in the download section. Out of the box setup.exe does not include the 64 bit driver. If more and more people start to use 64 bit OS, I might need to make setup.exe for 64 bit OS.

Thanks for your respond but just to make sure i dl the correct driver for it because its show only the 64bit driver for vista
