Activation problems

I borrowed a jtag from a friend to remove Motorolla programming and return it to Haxware (sb5101 btw) but for some reason I'm not able to activate the programs. Regardless of what I do it still shows as USB/JTag not Connected and Not Activated.

Someone point me in the right direction?

If you have NT you should ask your friend give you his activation code.
