Just got USBBDM NT/NEED HELP

Ok, this question was probably asked here several hundreds time but I am new here and hope that someone will help me. For the past two days I was reading this forum and was looking for the instruction how to start programming DCT 2224 - allot of info and so confusing...
As a newb. I/we will really appreciate a responses or pm how to start.
This is what I have
DCT 2224 -PH9 it is activated but I am getting only channels 1to99
(the same that I have without using a box)
I just received USBBDM NT and activated it together with software.
I was able to backup nvram using some video material but that’s all I was able to do.
What commands I should use to make this thing work?
