Question concerning BDM or jtag

I've been visiting this site for a while - A lot of great info but at times confusing! I have one question - My PC is a vista 32 bit and I plan on testing either a 2244 or 2224 dct, do I use the usbbdm or usbjtag - Sorry But i'm not a techie.

DCT2224/2244 uses BDM. Vista 32bit is supported.
