firmware for DCT2224/1261

Post by fje »

Hi USBBDM,
I have another problem that I'm sure you can rectify. On a DCT 2224 old board, I can not change the unit address nor install
the remote change UPM/UID feature.I have inclosed a copy of the 8.53.dll you wrote for me aswell a copy of the 8.53.bin firmware
When you get the time I would appreciate it if you would take a look at this for me.Thanking you in advance

Does he know how prehistoric those units actually are ? It's amazing that the internal Battery is still juiced up and ready to go. They're as big as a House. Their Date Code is 1998. Absolutely remarkable ! And, there IS a way to program those UID changers into the Box. It's NOT easy but can be done. You have to Unplug the unit to enter the Data. Been there and done it. It's tricky.

Yea, and, just like the unit, you're Prehistoric. A little bit like the Pterodactyl. Stone Age. Old Book.
