Hi, I have a 2224 that is giving me an E14, does anyone knows how to fix this? Thanks

You can find some info here, But E14 is Not listed.

Have you tryed writing a Different Full BackUp?

do you by chance have a vcr hooked up to the box?
did you just program it ?
or was it running fine and just popped up that error?
do you get anything with the box right now? ie. channels, guide?
a bit more info is required.......
