This is just my wild guess - ALLFLASH contains everything on the flash chip I believe, i.e. BOOT, RAM, NVRAM, plat, app1, app2, app3, app4, rsvd.

It Contains No USEFULL INFO. Why Don't You Just read it Yourself and Look In Hexeditor. Better Yet Erase it And see it will not affect anything. The INFO in RAM Changes all the Time, Think about it as the Ram in a Computer, Just a Temporary Storage. I think so as well, some question was ask but never answer you all can get a better understanding why i started this thread.
