dump using serial

guys i mange my wifi router to connect via serial and connected via putty.
but i dont know h0w to save the bin file can anyone guide me please.here is putty out put

Doing flash dump via serial port depends on the boot loader. Some boot loader allows you to stop boot and then issue command to download/upload firmware. But this is all depends on the type of the bootloader, there is no generic way to do so.
