On this chip it is written 4F73K if that helps?

USB BDM NT reads MC683XX CPU. Some Motorola (freescale/NXP) chip does not mark it as MC683XX (like in some ECU).
So if you are sure this is MC683XX CPU and you know the BDM pinout, yes you can use BDM NT to read this chip.
But google seem to tell this is another chip, (XC68HC912D60 4F73K processor)
Which means it has internal flash and need u-link NT. I would not suggest you jump on it right away since this is not tested.

I have no idea about the pinout :/
And there is some coating on this chip and the srea around that makes it hard to read the letters on the chip. How to remove that coating?
