I tryed all possible bdm targets without success.
Target CPU is: MC68376, Flash is AMD 29F200BB, EEP is Atmel25080

Copyright (C) 2010-2025
USB BDM NT 1.11
Target: AUDITCU256
-speed 0
-speed 1
-reset 1
Unknown flash type!
Report these values http://www.usbjtag.com/phpbb3 0004h,1e00h

ps: played with it, i can read the whole flash well using -getram 40000 40000, only byte order differ if flash desoldered and readed with flash programmer

I am willing to help you.
1. When you read the flash, do you use BDM NT to read the flash or you use a programmer?
2. Are you sure this is MC6833X CPU and you are sure the BDM pinout is correct?
I can disassemble the firmware and analyze the initialization then create the XML.
It is better we work together and I am using zoom meeting now to remote desktop your pc.

Hi!

1. I readed flash with flash programmer also with BDM NT too.The attahced dump is readed with BDM NT, used TAUDITCU256.xml and -getram 40000 40000. The two readout is 100% equal, only issue that bdm readout had swapped bytes.

2. Im 100% sure about CPU type Volvo CEM had same CPU and same mask number 0F71K , there is no standard bdm header on board , but i found pins myself from MC68336376UM.pdf documentation.

Also i tryed to add flash type myself to database without success , tryed id1=01 id2=57 or id1=01 id2=2257 found page 17 of
29F200BB datasheet at https://www.ret.hu/media/product/12546/ ... EC-AMD.pdf,

1. USB BDM NT read out is correct. Your programmer has the data swapped.
2. You need to read start from 0 to be able to disassemble properly.

Hi!

Attached read 0 and read 40000.
Read 0 is bad, the first 8k is wrong. Read 40000 perfect its same as read with flash programmer , probably XML not for this ecu (TAUDITCU256).
Please help make right XML read FLASH from address 0 also find how to read EEP well, becouse EEP read is 00 ff 00 ff .

I disassemble your 000000.bin and the the program seems wrong in a reboot loop.
Are you sure this is a working unit? You should better use online chat instead asking on this forum.
Forum is used to discuss issue. Asking online help on the forum will not work well for you.

25080 is another flash with SPI protocol. It needs to either read via u-Link NT or write program to read/write this via BDM NT.
