ECU 411A

Post by big 'G' »

When using Peek command trying to verify data at an address, for instance ffffeod6, bdm always returns 0001000, based on the code i should see either 3f or 8f. not sure whats happening. any ideas

What you are trying to do? Make sure the address is legit.

from the disassembly line 2fd44 and 2fd58 you can see the move to e0d6, just trying to verify peek command showing me correct data. would also like to be able to dump blocks of ram for analisys ,use getram?

Tried getram on ffffe000 - ffffefff , bdm comes back with check memory range, data returned is only 00 or 01. peek commands only return 00 or 01 not sure why??

That is by design.
getram address that is not defined in the xml will only save to a file and give you a waring.

Ok, is that also true for the peek command, address not defined in xml? After checking out xml not sure how to define this block of memory
