Hello, I am trying to read MC68F375, the microcontroller is located in the IAW5NF ECU, the programmer sees the microcontroller but reads random data, what could be wrong?

Re: MC68F375 8J28H
Hello. Maybe you solved this problem, I have the same ECU. MM IAW5NF.T2 with processor SC505709BMZP33 mask 8J28H identified it as MC68F375BGMZP33. I connect Ulink, identify the processor, the program sees it, but the ID is always different, and according to the ID the processor goes to sleep, the current consumption drops, and it no longer responds until you restart the voltage. I think the problem is in the watchdog. I tried to supply 5v. to the reset pin through a 100 Ohm resistor, it does not help. I also supplied 5v. to the EPEB0 processor pin, it also does not help. Maybe someone can help me figure out the watchdog?
