I have been trying to find a solution to read these type of IC which supposedly has a programmed OTP area , from what i can find out with the limited amount of information on it. , anyway its a priority chip with no datasheet available that i can find which is allegedly based on the Atmega65v , which is probably based on another chip.
Background of the 44pin IC , they don't appear to last they can cause all sorts of problems and rendering the module there installed on to become dead. And costing a fortune in buying a new module if required , there is an option in replacing the IC , with success some work some don't as they appear to have an OTP area which suggests it has some module coding within which needs transferring too a new IC. But the issue is reading Said OTP area and coping it over to the replacement.
I was wondering if you have ever come across this IC before or had managed to gain access to it ?
