Flashing 5101

Flashing 5101

I'M trying to flash firmware Haxorware R39, but I'M getting negative result. I need a tutorial for USBJTAGNT v0.45b. Thanks.

try here maybe you can do it this way

Simple to do
Pick SB5101MOD as your Target, Then use these commands

detect
ldram firmware ( Select the Haxoware you Want to Load )
program firmware
cmpram Firmware ( If cmpram firmware is OK Your Done )

Reboot Modem and you should Now Have Haxoware Installed.

I'm using USBJTAGNT V 0.45b I don't think it give me firmware option.

did you go to config and change modem and 5101?

yes I changed the config to 5101, but when i write Idram firmware it say 'bad command'

DUDE its not an I its an L in lowercase

ldram firmware
ld = Load so ldram = Load Ram.
Try Copy and Paste. LOL.

I'M sorry it was a type error. I meant to write 'L' not 'I'. But still ge bad command. thanks.

What tab are you Useing??????????????????? SB5101MOD??????
I just tryed it and it work No Problem. What Version of Software are you Using?

I'm having a similar problem but after cmpram firmware I'm getting a "Compare data failed ..." Any suggestion ?

I guess he is referring if you selected the SB5101MOD tag at the beginning and NOT the SB5101 alone. Also what version are you using 0.34, 0.45, 0.46 etc cus tabs vary a bit from one version to another.

I'M using v 0.45b and in config I used 5101 indicating the modem. why I need to use 5101mod if I want to install Haxorware firmware R39. thanks.

O.K. I select the 5101mod onder config and I got the firmware option. now I will be able to instal Haxorware. Thanks for the help.
