Was asked by usbbdm, via email, to post this topic on the forum for further discussion, so here goes.
A question...do you know of any way to change the mac address of a receiver, similar to the CNX Nano2, using the usbjtagnt?
Or is this, as i suspect, purely a hardware feature that cannot be changed?

Hello usbbdm, thanks for your quick reply.
I have a couple of dumps from similar machines that I will load up into usbjtagnt software and save into the separate divisions so I can look at the eeprom with ultraedit. Hopefully there will be something readable in there.
I would be pleasantly surprised if it was that easy

Yes. Mac address is readable. You can try to change it manually. If there is no checksum then it will be quite easy.Kristova wrote:Hello usbbdm, thanks for your quick reply.
