Erase / Write Failed on ST20

I try to write on a ST20 device and the software failed ( seems hang during Erase ).

You have selected the wrong target. Your flash is 2M and you have selected 4M xml.
If it can detect the AMD ... then it should be able to erase and program it.

I try either manual -> -erase 4000000 200000

But it hang and do nothing, i rebooted the STB and Flash is still there.

Seems the Flash is Spansion ( AL016D70 )
