you can take that info right out of the box by the way its not going to help because the box will be dead in 2 months in case you haven't notice comcrap kills boxes fast

Sorry, I have done a lot of searching but unable to find any news about EOL for STB's, only modems. (Comcrap)
Would you be so kind as to direct me?

I have one DCT2224 box left.
By the way software 5.88 says disabled and it is running 8.55, so the SPI is not working. (I have the Auth recorded)
Don't want to bother anyone for a new DLL if the box is on the EOL list.

Felipeferras - Sorry no got's

DCT2000 have 3 versions (besides the 9 phases) and out of the 3 two are obsolete. The one still active is an "agile" type which means it can search different OOB channels for data downstream. If the label ID starts with 16xx it is a good one while ID starting with 11xx or 13xx are single OOB channel boxes and are EOLs. I believe your rev is one of the EOLs based on the ROM.
Your disabled 5.88 rev is the ROM, and it is normal to be disabled but when you reset the box it will get enabled. Once the box is updated online it gets the latest Plat code (in your case 8.55) and the ROM gets disabled automatically.

If you are sure 8.55 is not supported in the latest dll then send me a copy of the platform.

SPI not working.
I have an old recorded Auth from this box that worked before.
Don't know if this Auth will still work, pulled this dusty box off the shelf.
Also unable to change the ID from remote.
