can someone help me diagnose this issue im getting when trying to detect please

It simply means there is something wrong. A lot of things can go wrong.

It worked last night using the usb to power pin 2. Today it wont work. Does anyone know if the 5v is too high? I heard 3.3v was what should be used but is that true? Could my jtag be bad? Any help would be appreciated.

5v is too high. There is a video showing you how to diag the usb jtag or ulink. Do it to make sure your hardware is still good.

I have a video explaining the use of voltage.Actually sometimes a lower than 3.3v is better than 3.3v. Explained in HT802 programming.
