After installing vcredist_x86 there was an update for vcredist_x86.
After that update Problem was gone. this was on win 7 Home Pre 32 Bit I was testing to see if I can get the error. It did and thats How Problem GHot Solved.

On my win 7 Ultimate I never did get that Error.

Do you Have Service Pack 1 Installed on that?

Yes I have Service Pack 1 installed on my windows 7 64 bit OS. Ultimate

Then after your done, Run windows Update, and Install any related updates, Then Check if problem is Gone.

Still no go. I did a couple reboots and checked for updates and still will not run

Are you still geting the ( Side By Side error) Or just that the Program won't run?

No. I am still working on it. It is related to recently update from Microsft (June 14) that needs application to have a newer file which some of the OS builds does not have it yet. I am looking to see if I can reverse my build machine.

I'm having the SAME EXACT problem with .50 with Windows Ulimate x64....

I'm running a MAC with boot camp....

I have used .50 before on this same computer without a problem, using Windows 7 HOME x64. Did a restore and now have this problem with .50/Windows Ulimate



USBJTAG NT .40d works just fine?

I am glad I am not the only one having this issue, I think USB is working on the issue and will have it resolved soon I hope..
