Fix erase flash for u-Link NT.
Improve u-Link Speed
Fix SFDP detect issue.
Add SFDP, CFI log. If 1.05 cannot detect flash you can send me a log file to analyze.

You MUST NOT have reset pin connected to one of the pin.
try first with known JTAG pinout and see if you can detect it.

The scanning logic is quite basic.
There are some limitations for now.
1 you cannot put reset pin in one of the pins.
2. A good IDcode should be implemented in the CPU after five cycles of TMS=1.
I tested MIPS (SB modems) and it works fine.
