USBJTAG NT 0.90 released.

UJmodem 0.30.
Prevent multiple application start.
Quite often I see people start two USB JTAG NT software (might be on Ujmodem) and USB JTAG NT does not work as expected. This release prevent this from happening. It will pop up a message box telling this error.
