You need to have more than one JTAG to take the advantage of new feature to program multiple device at the same time.
Simply plug in all the JTAG (BDM) (up to 16) and stat the app. You will then be able to see all the JTAG and the tool bars and commands.
This will work for production line.

A bug was found in 0.88 for new installation. I have removed 0.88 for a moment and will soon upload again.

Due to driver issue, the multiple JTAG will not be supported for non-Window version.
Multiple JTAG support is most useful for production line.

You should be able to add yourself to spiflash.xml. Let me know if you need help.
