Default USB JTAG NT 0.36 released.

1. Bug fixed.
Always need to select target the first time run app. If target is not selected, the software will not exit.
2. Feature added.
Program SPI chip via MIPS JTAG. Only Netgear WGR614 v9 tested. Other device might also supported.

Please test and report any issues. I will move to next target SBV6220 and see if I can add CFI for SPI chip in 0.37.

http://www.usbjtag.com/jtagnt/router/wgr614v9.php shows PCB board.

Download the stand alone 0.36 file from downloads then just drop and drag the .exe and config folder into your usbjtag folder in C drive and overwrite the existing ones.

The bug (feature) only applies to JTAG-PSI programming.
One feature is if you do not select the target you cannot run the software. Got several question asking why USB not connected when no target is selected.

Yes upgrade to 0.36 since if you find bugs in 0.35 only it will not be fixed.

Since more big SPI flashes are used in 3.0 modems. I was planning to add CFI support for SPI but now I found not all the vendor support it. In SPI the name is not CFI, it is called DMC instead.(Discovery Memory Capability). So far I found only MX support it. Until more SPI vendor support it then I will consider add them in to NT software.

Next release should have this definition. Maybe I should allow TWO flash.xml files. One is for self defined and one is from the package. Then all your saved flash definitions will still be kept for new releases.

The paste was disabled in command line is because we need to store the key input history. (Try to use upper and down arrow key). If we enable paste that part does not work well.

I encourage you use script and I am more willing to improve the script.

If you can live with non-function-for-arrow-after-paste I can add the paste to the command window.
