Is USBJTAGNT will work withOpenOCD software?

Not yet but it will work with GDB. This is on the plan.

No. But still interested?
The GDB support needs some target to play with. The MIPS was the one I initially played with.

Yes. Definitely interested.

If you need some help I'd be more than willing to help. I work as a reverse engineer and I've implemented GDB RSP (remote serial protocol) quite a few times on spme weird places

We might start with a well-known like the SB5101 (although it's a bit outdated nowadays).

Ideally I'd aim to the any newer device (something w/DOCSIS 3 support) which is, where I think, people will have more interest.

If you have something in mind I'd be happy to listen.

SB5101 CPU does not have ICE feature.
Other modems do not have proper JTAG yet.
