There is no way I can reverse the build machine. I need someone with teamviewer and fix it remotely so I can post how to fix it. I cannot reproduce and this cannot fix on my side.
The issue is the running machine has missing file and it is not well documented in Microsft and we have to try and find the solution. It could be the VS 2008 files that are missing not from the VS2005 any more.

I think there is another version of VS patch needed. I just do not know which one is needed until I had the problem. I will then upload the patch to allow people to download.
If no one can let me do the test. I will uninstall the patch one by one until the program stops working and then I will find which one is causing the issue.

Fixed side-by-side
Thanks for the files!
V5.0 works fine after the install.

I see Some Mixed Results. That didn't take care of the Problem for me When I was testing to solve the problem.

I just upload 0.50a. Rebuild it on an old computer and it will not have the issue. In the mean time I will try to search what is missing to use the build on newer machine.
