When you see flash 0,0 you modem is bricked. Use tap commands to fix it. Check
http://www.usbjtag.com/jtagnt/wrt54gv2.php
To see if you can debrick it first.

Solved
after debrick instructions
Debrick the device. (Must use 0.08 and up. This is used when detect give you 0xffff,0xffff or 0x0000,0x0000 as flash type
detect
tap c
tap a ffffffff
(You should now see "DEBUG ON" on the lower right coner).
detect (You should now see the flash type. If not start over again.
ldram cfe
erase cfe
sprogram cfe
(I found slow program works better than the normal program on this modem. Possible because of the watchdog). erase kernel
sprogram kernel
erase nvram
then you have to write kernel image back to device kernel image is same as firmware i was just slightly confused here on this
thanks again man!!
i now have 100% working router again

yes
the router fix is working for certain
basically just debrick
then close program and unplug the router from back
plug router back in open usbjtagnt program then browse to the firmware file with kernel select in drop down list box and open then write
i say this because of watchdog timer and this is how i got it going very easy
oh and i highly recommended your product to guy son dd-wrt forum so look for several sales from those guys they were all curious about your product.
now i need to find you on yahoo one day so i can learn how to use usbjtagnt and i have your older usbbdm with digital cable boxes
its pretty cool i have done 4 of my hardware devices with the usbjtagnt sb4100, sb5100, sb5101, and wrt54gsv5
i have dct 2224 and dct 2500
i am defintely new on messing with those devices though
