Did some optimization to the forum database

I found recently the forum is slow and I just did some optimization to the database. Hope it can improve the speed a little bit.

I also notice that it was slow at times and take me a wile to open, but it is now ok

yes especially the past few days...i wasn't to sure what was going on, thought it was something on my end. we'll see how it helps and report back any slowness or lagging:D
