need help got my usbjtagnt cant detect sb5100???

So far I have the usb driver setup. I got usbjtag nt 0.21 started I backed up the modem. Then tried to detect but said

IDCODE 00000000
Manufacturer not found 000

It said USB connected on bottom right. I also registered my jtag. Im following the command screen for instructions. Please help new to this. What am I doing wrong or missing?

Match pin 1. (Pin 1 is red for the cable and square on the board). If you have used blackcat that cable is revered marked for unknown reason.

thanks for the reply usbd but I checked and I do have it correct. Still saying not found. Any other suggestions. Thanks
