OK. I have a test box that is from another city that has a different channel lineup than my city. The channels on this box are auth/turned on but IPPV is disabled. At any given time, from channels 25 to 75, a VOD or PPV can be on. They range from latest PPV movies to Nick/Enc/Starz VOD and softcore porn. It's kind of weird too because sometimes I can see the video being fastforwarded a little bit. I'm not sure if someone at the CC is doing that or maybe someone with the same UID and UPM is sitting on his couch and doing it.
When I load a valid NVRAM from my area to this test box, I get all the correct channels in the lineup. However, I no longer get these random VODs. I thought they might have been remapped to different channels but I looked thru them all and couldn't find any.
Does anyone think I can copy the 25-75 channel lineup from the original test nvram and put them in the 900-999 range of the valid nvram?
Why are these vods showing up?
How can I enable poorman's vod? IPPV disabled.

Hey Tundra. I did some more testing and for my area, you can order vod even if IPPV is disabled but you need a valid uid AND upm. Damn I need to make friends with some cable techs here.
