I would like to read this TM602 modem i see it have a 4 pin and two places to solder can someone let me know which way to go.

The 14 pin that close to CPU is the JTAG to use.

TM602 witch speed is best to read/write to this modem, i detect the flash with no problem?

slow speed is always safe (even bricked). But normally 12MHz is OK for most device.

I try speed 2 an it brick the modem i have other so am going to used normal speed and see what appen!

Speed 2 WILL NOT BRICK THE MODEM. It will never brick modem because of the speed. You need to watch what is your backup before you do any programming.
