Well I can't even identify at this point. So your saying watchdog will kick me out of BDM!? Or just prevent me from entering BDM altogether? So I want to reset the ECM power and try immediately after or something like that? I seen something in the data sheet saying it needed to reset twice and have signal going to one of the pins. You don't remember off hand where you made your connection? I don't care about the exact location of each wire. I think you would remember connecting to the MCU the pitch is so small. What did the 411 identify as in USBJTAG?usbbdm wrote:When I got the 411 from the member, he emailed me the diagram. I have since rebuild my PC and that email cannot be found. I am sure I was able to detect the flash and got the dump. If I was right, there was a wathcdog and I have to act fast and read several round to get the flash dump.

I have spent some time recently on ECU411. After I enabled the write to the block of address of 0000, I still cannot read the "identification" from the chip. Either the data bus is swapped or the WE# signal is not wired. In order to program the chip, we also need to raise the VPP to 12V. That should not be too hard. The first thing to do is to find out why we cannot get the CUI working. The flash it uses is AB28F400B5. The datasheet found is only for A28F400BX.
