universal flash programmer

Hi,
I want to use one of my targets as universal flash programmer. The pcb has many footprints for different tsop packages, so it is good candiate. This way I can remove flash from targets that do not active jtag connection, and temporarily mount other target to read/program the flash.

The only issue is endianess...For example I need to program a flash for a little endian target, but the cpu for the 'univeral flash programmer' is big endian.

But If I change endiness in target xml, I cannot properly detect the flash.

Can you add option to swap endianess of bin files for this situation?
