Post by Roly62 »

Hi:
I can read all the info on my modem and program the modem too but no lights on and not conect, is a 5101 and i put the haxo firmware and nothing then i put back my backup and still no ligths.

Can anybody help me please.

Thanks in advance
I do this and nothing, ligths continue off.

1. detect
2. speed 1
3. erase boot
4. ldram boot (good boot).
5. sprogram boot
6. cmpram boot (the DEBUG OFF mode, if you see DEBUG ON you should use scmpram boot).

If thats all you did thats Not a Full back up Write. Also if you killed Modem tryiing to write the firmware, Try writing the original firmware back to modem. That is If you made a Full Back Up.

originally, when you programmed the unit, did you have lights on? and how many.
Can you access the Haxoware Page? Start over, and install your original backup.
Then let us know what you get.
