You can't with just the straight parallel blackcat or USBJTAG NT.
You will need an Adapter for either one of them to work.

User "erase" and "sprogram" command not "program". Your boot is bad.

Why would you want to erase flsah? Unless its Bricked Theres no need to erase flash.

I think he is saying the program stops at erase stage.
If you use "program" command it will try to go to TRAP mode and if it fails to do so it will top at the "erase...". You need to have good boot or good initialization to be able to setup TRAP.

So please use "erase" and "sprogram" to program the boot first. Then reboot the router and use "program" to fast program the firmware.

I realize that USBBDM. My Question as to why is he trying to erase the flash When in order to program the firmware theres no need to erase entire flash. Unleess the Modem is bricked.

The modem is bricked. I have a full backup but I can not write to it since it always does an erase first.

If you have full backup and need help I can help you remotely. Should be quite easy to fix.

DUDE all you need to do is detect flash , load full flash then use the
sprogram 9fc00000 200000

This will program flash with out trying to erase it first. Simple problem to solve.
