You need to program the boot and plat properly to get it back.
If the boot is erased you need to use "erase" and "sprogram" to program the boot. If boot is programmed properly you can use "program" the platform. Make sure your platform and boot are backed up properly.

Please note, I found yesterday that sometime "speed 2" helps you to debrick device that was hard to debrick. That explains why some slow JTAG can debrick some routers and old USB JTAG cannot. Old USB JTAG has one fixed JTAG clock 12MHz. USB JTAG NT has 3MHz,6MHz and 12 MHz clock.

USBJTAG

Can you point out what are the different speeds?

I read 3,6 & 12
But how do we set them???

Speed 0
Speed 1
Speed 2 ????????

What is the Default Speed??????

TIA

Code: Select all

-help speed
 Usage: speed 0 (1) (2)
Adjust target speed 0 fast, 1 middle,2 slow
Default 0 for most device unless specified in xml.
