For NT you do not need to do anything. It should detect . Since this is a dead flash you might need 3.3v method to debrick the modem.
What I did is to use a TSOP socket and open the socket while force it to DEBUG ON, then close the socket and detect it.

Again there is no need to add new flash for NT software.

Don´t work and I try to 3.3 v method:

-detect
IDCODE 0334817F
Broadcom BCM3348
IMPCODE 00800908
EJTAG V1, V2.0
DMA supoorted
Unknown flash type!
Report these values http://www.usbjtag.com/vbforum 1000,0002

Any idea ???

Either the chip is completely dead or your soldering is not good. If it is completely corrupted , you may have to try the 3.3v trick a few times , it would help if you posted the output of your attempts at the 3.3v trick as well.

I assume you have the DEBUG ON when you hit detect and 3.3v was removed when you detect.

This is not a legit flash ID. Try to use command
peek 9fc00000
peek 9fc00004
see what it gives you.
