Problem detecting flash

I've been trying to program a SB4200 with Toshiba Flash, but look what happen when i change the speed:

When i change the speed the USBJTAGNT recognize the flash like an AMD flash.
Could anyone tell me please what the problem is....

CFI is more accurate. So you should use slower speed for the SB4200.
