On Some when Stuck on Power On, Theres no way to DeBrick Via RS232 Port.
Is there any Way It can Be Flashed Via USBJTAG NT?

Can you take a picture of the PCB? What is the CPU? If it has JTAG port it is possible to be JTAGed.

loader v2.0.0c has to be used
older or newer versions don't work.
m3602 processor can't be bricked since the rs232 port will always work even when the flash is programmed with garbage or blank.
I program my m3602 based receiver with junk every day and I can always recover via rs232.
There were also versions of the loader for the ali 3329c and M3606 processor
(different eromclient.abs and sdram.ini files)

many m3602 based receivers don't even have jtag ports because of that processor feature.
